Sunday June 17
This week we'll hold a just-for-fun Dead Poets Slam for bragging rights and fabulous prizes.
In a regulation poetry slam each performer use their own original work. In the Dead Poets Slam the performers must use the work of a poet who is deceased though their words may live on. We'll throw out the costume rule because what could be cooler than a modern day Milton or faux Plathe taking the stage. Otherwise it's the usual deal - 2 rounds, 3 minute time limit, 5 judges, and so on. Come on down, it's bound to be a hoot!

bringing the best in Performance and Slam poetry
